The Shelborne by Proper in Miami Beach, Proper Hospitality’s first entry into the Florida market, launches reservations for May 1, 2025. Located on the famed Collins Avenue, The Shelborne Hotel opened in 1940 welcoming a variety of notable guests throughout its rich history. Now, the beachfront property of 251 rooms, suites and villas – a majority with ocean views – will soon be brought back to its mid-century grandeur following a $100 million renovation.
