Nashville-based Oliver Hospitality, an independent hospitality management and development company, announces significant growth and development projects this year. Two new hotel acquisitions will add to its existing portfolio of seven hotels and nine restaurants, including the historic Andrew Johnson building in Knoxville, TN, which is expected to open in late 2026.
