Exeter Hotel Indigo sold to CDL Hospitality Trusts for €23m

Asian hospitality trust CDL Hospitality Trusts (CDLHT) has acquired Hotel Indigo Exeter in the heart of Exeter, UK, for £19.4m (€23.3 mln).
