Cross Hotels & Resorts has extended its digital partnership with Hotelchamp by becoming the latest brand to implement Hotelchamp’s new Booking Engine. This milestone builds on an existing collaboration across Hotelchamp’s Websites and Convert products, designed to optimise and personalise the online guest journey. Hotelchamp’s Booking Engine is now live on 19 Cross Hotels & Resorts properties.
