Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay, developed by Vista Development Inc., announces today a key milestone thanks in large part to its construction partner BYD TCI Construction. The project recently celebrated the topping off with a ceremony at the site of the future resort and luxury residences. Marking the completion of the building’s fundamental framework and roof, the event included remarks from key project representatives along with a celebration of Andaz Turks & Caicos’ team who delivered the milestone significantly ahead of schedule. Attendance included Andaz Turks & Caicos leadership Jon Siegel, Matt McDonald and Steve McConaghy.
