New Vision Holding Pte. Ltd. (New Vision) and The Ascott Limited (Ascott), the wholly owned lodging business unit of CapitaLand Investment, have officially broken ground on Ascott Shenton Way Singapore, a defining showcase for the Ascott brand’s evolution towards design-led, wellness-centred hospitality. The flagship development marks the first-time collaboration between owner-developer New Vision and hospitality operator Ascott. Construction is underway, with completion expected in Q4 2029.
