Phase one of the refresh touches every corner of the hotel – from upgraded guest rooms and corridors to a revitalised lobby. There’s new tech throughout, including smart TVs, upgraded Wi-Fi, new door lock technology, and improved air conditioning, plus a full overhaul of FF&E and back-of-house infrastructure.
