The hotel, positioned in the center of Manhattan’s vibrancy, is a stunning example of design and connection. Hospitality titan Apicii will operate the restaurant and beverage program, creating a vibrant hub for locals and visitors to converge. The 33-story ground-up newbuild hotel is now taking reservations for stays March 2026 and beyond.
