Ruby Group is strengthening its presence in the Scandinavian market with the announcement of a second project in Sweden. The new 78-room hotel will be built in Malmö’s vibrant Davidshall district and is being developed in partnership with Swedish real estate company Revelop, known for its sustainable approach in key urban areas.Davidshall, known for its charming alleyways, vintage boutiques, and vibrant café culture, is just around the corner from Triangeln Station – the future Öresund metro link to Copenhagen, scheduled for completion in 2029.
