This September marks the long-anticipated arrival of Appellation Healdsburg, the first ground-up build from culinary-first hotel brand Appellation, founded by Michelin-starred Chef Charlie Palmer and luxury hospitality veteran Christopher Hunsberger. The 108-key boutique resort, ideally located where town meets the vineyards, is now accepting bookings for September and beyond. Every element of the guest experience – from thoughtful touches in the lobby and guestrooms to the panoramic rooftop bar and immersive dining – honors Sonoma County’s deep-rooted culture of food, wine and agricultural abundance. Appellation and Chef Charlie Palmer will also debut two signature dining concepts: Folia Bar & Kitchen and Andys Beeline Rooftop, both designed to reflect the region’s seasonal bounty and spirit of conviviality.
