Nepi Rockcastle in talks to buy €300m Wroclaw mall

Investor Nepi Rockcastle said this week that it is in negotiations to acquire Magnolia Park, a €300 mln shopping centre in Wroclaw, Poland, from Union Investment Real Estate.
